It may not be the most exciting treatment, but it may save a life. It reduces harmful bacteria that can damage your teeth or gums. It relieves pain or/and discomfort caused by a damaged or infected tooth. It prevents overcrowding or damaging your adjacent molars (wisdom teeth).
